Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Executive Officer is the leader and central strategist for all DRIF activities with the goal of maximizing giving, expanding the donor base, and representing DRIF locally, nationally and internationally. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for actively developing, mentoring, and managing staff and working closely with the National and Regional Boards and their Committees to further engage, motivate and expand participation in fundraising, networking and related activities.

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) will report to the Chief Executive Officer. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors, peers, and staff to support the mission and vision of the organization the CDO will lead all individual major donor, bequest, and other development activities with the goal of securing the funding required to advance the mission of NEXT for AUTISM.

Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the CDO will lead the development of a robust leadership and major gifts program alongside the development and expansion of regional/national events for the V Foundation. The CDO will be highly influential in elevating fundraising and donor engagement aimed at achieving Victory Over Cancer®. The CDO will serve as a key member of the V Foundation’s executive management team by enriching team culture and creating and implementing of overall strategy.
